Cocoa Powder

Our Alkalized Cocoa Powder is made from a blend of the finest quality Cocoa beans from West Africa. Due to fermentation of beans, the purest cocoa flavor is preserved. The powder is not bitter or acidic, and is free from impurities, undesirable odors, and strange tastes. The production process designed with the help of innovative technologies ensures consistency of product quality and safety.

Salmonellae in 250g : Absent

Storage Conditions
Powder must be stored at temperatures between 25–28ºC.  The relative humidity must be 50% or less. The product must be placed in a dry area with adequate ventilation.
